Art and Puppy Partners Activity

Be Part of Something Life-Changing - You can with support for Guide Dogs WA. Every young dog that joins the training program has the chance to change a life. Puppy Partners give hope and opportunity, independence and joy to Western Australians and their families living with low vision, disability or illness.

It costs over $10,000 to raise a Guide or Assistance Dog puppy in their first 12 months in the training program. Then it takes more than two years and costs over $50,000 to raise and train a Guide Dog or Assistance Dog. Every dollar donated goes towards the cost of running the training programs that will transform the life of a person living with low vision, disability or illness, in your community. Members will remember Anna Presser and ambassador dog Annie visiting the club.

Karrinyup Rotary member Beth McCormack is a very talented artist. In a new fundraising project she will paint a portrait of your pet (yes she does cats too) for a fee, with the funds raised to go to Guide Dogs WA. All you need to do is supply a photo.

How cute is this little guy painted from a photo? These would make fabulous gifts for pet lovers. Just email karrinyuprotary@gmail.com to have Beth contact you.
