• Chicken Breast with baba ghanoush, kalamata olives, oregano, cracked bulgur wheat, cucumber mint (baba ghanoush is made with eggplant, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt).
• Sirloin Steak with summer greens, Rustic wedges and bearnaise sauce
