Open water swimmer, Ceinwen Roberts tells us about Bears of Brine. Nine Perth swimmers, who are focused on building a three-classroom school and toilet block in Lomboc Indonesia through the charity Classroom of Hope.

Classroom of Hope is an education nonprofit organisation, that partners with local NGO's and communities to build safe and sustainable block schools and block homes out of recycled plastic waste in developing countries.

Menu Options for Dinner this week are:

• Pork Rib (1/2) Rack- BBQ hickory sauce, coleslaw, chips
• Green Salad - Chicken with raw zucchini noodles, avocado dressing, roasted almonds, artichokes, mint, dried cranberries, cucumber.
