| Cost: | $55.00 per person. Please pay by 'Square' online below or at a meeting prior to the cut off date. Be sure to state meal preferences. |

Payment Options (locked in by 1 December).
There are two payment options:
1. Pay Sam at the front desk at the MAAC by cash or Square on either 11 or 25 November. Be sure your meal preferences have been are recorded.
OR
2. The convenient option of paying via credit/debit card using RC Karrinyup's secure checkout link to Square.
Please be sure to enter the names of all attendees in the first text box and state meal preferences for each person in your group in the second text box.
