Vocational Service Team
Description:
The Vocational Service team seeks to involve our club in worthwhile projects promoting vocational training, establish networks to impact the local community and to raise the image of Rotary within our state. It seeks to apply the ideal of service and high ethical standards to personal, business and community life.
Vocational Service Impact Team Objectives
Specific objectives for the RC Karrinyup Vocational Service team include:
- Coordinate the Osborne Park Hospital Nurse of the Year Award
- Support the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) Annual Excellence Awards
- Support the annual Apprentice Employment Network of WA Awards for Excellence
- Provide support for Dress for Success
- Provide support for a Vocational Indigenous Scholarship student through Australian Rotary Health
- Support Vocational Training in the Goldfields
- Sponsor Aboriginal Health Training in the Pilbara
