Mens Health Week 2022
On 17 June the WA community was invited to attend a special event as part of National Men's Health Week.
It was held at Perth's newest Wellness Centre, Synkro and comprised an evening of networking and engaging with the physical and mental aspects of men's well-being and featured guest speakers, delicious and healthy finger food and liquid refreshments, as well as lots of surprises.
Representing the Rotary Club of Karrinyup and the Karrinyup Community Men’s Shed, Peter Polain attended the forum on 'Men’s Health and Well Being', sponsored by 'Mens Talk'. It was well attended by over one hundred participants and notably several young men and young women.
Guest speakers were Stuart Aubrey, MLA Scarborough; Len Yarran, Wadjak Northside Community Group and Jaxon Ashley, Men’s Sheds WA.
